There is something I see in you.

Today....

...is a glorious day. Twilight came out! You will be shocked to know, I did not run out and buy the movie. I will. No doubt. I'll have to get the juicy details from some fellow Twilight fan-friends of mine.

Little girls don't know how to be sweet girls.

My work for the Pretty Committee's second challenge was posted today on their blog. Check it out. I absolutely love what the other design team members did with the challenge. Such great pages. And I *love* all the different shades of green! The challenge was to create a layout of a friend or family member you are lucky to have in your life. I did my page on my mother. I so love this picture of her. It was taken on her birthday a few years ago. Papers are Scenic Route.

Now I'm not a saint but I'm not a sinner

Stay tuned everyone. My layout for Challenge #2 will be posted on The Pretty Committee's website in the next few days. Stop by my blog to see close-ups once it's posted on their blog!

When she gets paid, true religion gets it all

My friend, Terrance is amazing at anything related to computers. Photoshop, web design, editing, and the list goes on. I first met him at UCF a few years ago- he was my TA for Computer Science. It didn't take him long to learn of my computer deficiency. I am computer-inept. Truly. He's now in California (boo).

I received a message last week with this attached. He created it some time last year on the computer. I was touched. It's pretty cool (to say the least). And especially for a guy (sorry, guys). ;)

She's a little bit manic, completely organic...

...some alternative views of the page I completed for the Pretty Committee's first challenge. I had so much fun with this! I was able to use products from some of my favorite manufacturers- Prima, Basic Grey, and Maya Road. Check out their website to see the magazine ad we had to derive our inspiration. Thanks Pretty Committee for such a great challenge!

A summer's disregard, a broken bottle top...

That's my work on the Pretty Committee's blog! How exciting. My work will appear again on their site later this month for the second Challenge. Stay tuned...
